Answering 75 product related questions

EnteroBot provides answers for all 3 level questions about Enterogermina products. For the consideration stage, it informs users about the products and benefits of using probotics by creating awareness about the gut flora health and beneficial bacterias. On the second level, it gives information about how to use Enterogermina products. And if users have questions after using the products, EnteroBot helps with the questions about after usage too.


Although informing about Enterogermina benefits is the primary purpose, it reflects a friendly and warm character thanks to small talks and daily conversations. Overall, EnteroBot answers 80 product related questions and 50 different Daily questions with 97,78% accuracy rate since July 2019.



EnteroBot works with a hybrid comprehension system that includes three different Jetlink AI engines. It focuses to truly understand customer questions and responds to a large part of the conversations (FAQs for enterogermina products). It can also hand over the conversation when a human agent assistance is most needed.
