Information We Collect
Our primary objective in collecting information is to provide, enhance, and administer our Services (including Account management for Account holders) and to facilitate a smooth user experience.
Account Information:
To access the Services, you must create an account ("Account"). Upon registration, we collect information that may personally identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and credit card information, if applicable ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII"). We may also collect non-identifiable information such as your business address, employer, and job title. For Accounts created on behalf of an organization, we collect the organization’s name, email address, postal address, phone number, and billing information. All PII is securely stored with our processor. We may use your PII to send newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, and other information of potential interest, with the option to opt out at any time.
Jetlink affirms that any data collected in connection with the use of Jetlink’s offerings will be solely utilized for service delivery purposes. Jetlink commits that collected data will not be used for internal trainings, knowledge base updates, internal product enhancements, or the training of generalized AI models offered as part of our services.

If you subscribe to our mailing list for future features or updates, we collect your PII, such as name and email address. We may contact you via email regarding new features or updates, and you may opt out at any time.
Cookies
We use automated data collection tools, such as Cookies and Web Beacons, in connection with the Services.
"Cookies" are small text files stored on your hard drive, with your consent, by a web server upon accessing our Services. We may use session and persistent Cookies, with your consent, to recognize when you log in, monitor usage patterns, and enhance our Services. Session Cookies expire once you close your browser, while persistent Cookies remain until deleted. You may configure your browser to refuse Cookies or alert you before accepting them; however, disabling Cookies may limit functionality. This Privacy Policy covers only our use of Cookies, not that of third parties.
Web Beacons
"Web Beacons" (also known as clear GIFs) are small, invisible graphics embedded in web pages or emails. They serve purposes such as delivering Cookies, measuring Service performance, and tracking visitor numbers. Unlike Cookies, Web Beacons are not stored on your device.
Information Related to Use of the Services
Our servers automatically collect "Log Data" regarding your interactions with the Services. This includes information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, accessed pages/features, time spent on them, frequency of use, search terms, clicked links, clicked ads, and other statistics. We analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this data to administer and improve the Services. IP addresses may also be used to generate non-identifiable aggregate data. No PII is collected or shared with third parties other than authorized data processors.
Information from Mobile Devices
When you use our Services via a mobile device, we collect certain information such as device identifiers, user settings, operating system details, and usage patterns.
Location Information
We may collect and store location data by converting your IP address to a rough geolocation or by using GPS and device sensor information. Location data helps us personalize and improve the Services. You can disable location tracking through your device settings.

Your PII may be shared as follows, subject to your prior written consent:

Through our direct messaging features or forums, other Account holders may view information like your name or profile photo, depending on your privacy settings. Content you share will also be visible. Enterprise Use Account holders with Admin Panel access may view all organizational communications and shared Content. We urge users to exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.

Your PII may be shared with our data processor(s) in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR for EU residents and KVKK for residents of Turkey.
10. Information Shared with Our Service Providers
We may engage third-party providers to support our Services. These providers have access to your PII solely to perform services on our behalf.
Aggregated Data:
We may share non-identifiable, aggregated information with third parties for research, demographic profiling, and similar purposes.
Information Disclosed During Business Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or asset sale, user information, including PII, may be transferred as a business asset. Any such transfer will comply with applicable legal requirements.
Information Disclosed for Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose your information to government, law enforcement, or private parties if, in our sole discretion, it is necessary to: (i) comply with legal obligations; (ii) protect rights, property, or safety (ours, yours, or others’); or (iii) prevent illegal or unethical conduct.
Information Disclosed with Your Consent
We will share your PII with third-party platforms (e.g., social media) only if you explicitly request or consent.
Security of Your Information
We implement reasonable security measures, including encryption of data both in transit and at rest, to protect your PII and any associated content. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
