New Response Formats in JetAgent

Two new settings have been added to JetAgent: Card Responses and Button Responses. When enabled, the AI automatically transforms suitable messages into card or button formats, delivering richer, more interactive conversations without requiring manual adjustments.


Dedicated Prompts for Voice and Text Agents

We’ve introduced separate instruction fields for voice bots and text bots within JetAgent. This powerful enhancement allows you to design and fine-tune distinct conversational behaviors for each interaction type. By separating voice prompts from text prompts, you can now optimize tone, context, and responses specifically for spoken or written conversations; ensuring higher accuracy, more natural dialogue, and a superior customer experience across channels.


Expanded JetAgent Reporting Suite

Multiple new reports have been added to JetAgent, providing deeper insights into agent performance and system activities. You can now access detailed views for voice calls, inter-agent transfers, API requests, knowledge base matches, and more; making it easier than ever to track, analyze, and optimize every aspect of your AI operations.


JetVoice Web Messenger Customization & Optimization

We’ve significantly expanded the customization options for JetVoice in the web messenger. Alongside new UI configuration features, optimization improvements have been made to deliver a smoother, more flexible, and consistent user experience.

Daily Location Google Status Check 

A new automated process now checks the connection and Google My Business (GMB) status of all integrated Google channels on a daily basis. This ensures potential connection issues are detected early, improving reliability and minimizing downtime.



Google Category Update From Dashboard

Categories linked to Google can now be updated directly through the dashboard. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual requests and gives teams more flexibility and control over category management.



Sms Template Location Phone

SMS review request templates & review response templates now support the {{location.phone}} parameter. This allows you to include the phone number of the relevant location directly in the message, for example: “You can reach us at 501013****.” This makes communication more direct and personalized for customers.


JetLocation Fixes and Enhancements

This release includes multiple fixes and improvements across JetLocation, covering sidebar layout issues, review request visibility, template filters, label management, API handling of deleted locations, and review responder date logic. Together, these updates deliver a more stable and consistent experience for users.

JetCrawl has been enhanced to enable the retrieval of site metadata and key links during knowledge base training via web crawling.
