Advertising on Facebook by using chatbot created even more leads. With the Facebook ads, chatbot answered thousands of requests which came through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages per day. The brand aired ads for different car models and led the users to the chatbot to get more detailed information about the version of the specific model. WhatsApp was the best performing lead channel for this case

What is next?
